Michela is the founder of EarthLove Labs. She is a social impact entrepreneur and growth marketer with 12 years of experience amplifying mission-driven startups in diverse industries like digital health and renewable energy.

She holds an Alternative MBA from the Lift Economy. She built the growth engines for two pioneering silicon valley unicorns in digital health - Ginger.io and Omada Health.

Her approach to business, leadership and marketing draws its inspiration from living systems and regenerative design. With her work she aims to challenges the extractive status quo and inspire a new way of thinking, storytelling and building. Her values are firmly rooted in spiritual ecology, social justice, and co-liberation. She is a queer, bi-racial, vanlifer, and wilderness wanderer.

Brittany is an events producer and multifaceted marketer with 10 years of experience producing content & experiences for organizations working in the fields of environmental justice, public health, and experiential education.  Brittany has had extensive experience in the environmental non-profit space, producing events to connect stakeholders and create shared vision & community amongst many diverse organizations.  She excels in strategic thinking and building relationships, and is a masterful weaver and interdisciplinary collaborator who can bring together the right team to execute a bold vision.  Brittany is passionate about protecting our shared earth, and aspires to serve projects that contribute to our collective good and bring more peace into the world.

Bianca is a passionate and driven creative director, filmmaker, photographer and digital artist. She has 12 years of multidisciplinary experience in the film industry designing sets, editing, and directing. She has worked at top production firms like Anonymous Content, Radical Media. Her projects have spanned commercials, feature film, music videos, and branded content with notable directors like Mark Romanek and Dave Meyers and for brands like Apple and P&G. As an emerging director she has directed and assistant directed diverse set of content including queer short cinema, music videos, fashion brands, live concerts, and local events.

Rose is an interdisciplinary artist, published researcher, writer and farmer. She is our inhouse expert for market research across both quantitative and qualitative methods. In addition, she is an acclaimed illustrator and graphic artists who has worked to develop custom designs and small businesses for years telling earth-based stories. She consults with One Point Five as a regenerative food systems consultant and holds an MA in Food Systems Research from the American University In Rome. In her spare time she loves to hone her primitive skills and folk artistry - weaving, tanning, and foraging - in the forrest and lakeshores of Sandpoint, Idaho.

Pablo is a seasoned full-stack designer across UI/UX and marketing design. He is a rising designer who has worked with notable brands in his early career on a variety of different design problems. He has a knack for building strong interpersonal relations at work which makes him a client's dream. Pablo finds his creative inspiration and rejuvenation in nature. In fact, his inspiration to become a designer came while solo-hiking the John Muir trail. He holds a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and a UX/UI Design Certification from General Assembly.
